Can Domestic Work be Dangerous During Pregnancy?

While pregnant women have a tendency to do strange things like eating, doing things on behavior, pregnant women are always given special instructions on housework. There are many unsafe tasks for motherhood. You must stop doing it completely. There are no safe limits that are restricted in lifting weights, they may not be used.

You will face back strain because you hold the baby in the womb because your body's center of gravity changes. And if you lift weights when carrying a baby, or food, move gas cylinders, or heavy furniture, it will strain your back. Some doctors recommend not lifting weights because they can trigger bleeding, premature labor, or rupture of the amniotic sac.

When working with chemicals such as cleaning products, remember to wear gloves. Make sure the room is ventilated and try using a safe cleaner such as baking soda and vinegar. Hard chemicals such as mosquito sprays, bleach, cleaners cause harmful fumes around. Wear gloves when washing dishes and when vacuuming it can be very tiring because the filter contains dust, spores and hair that will enter your lungs and eyes. Don't clean cat litter. Cat feces carry rare disease toxoplasmosis. Do not breathe secondhand smoke that carries more than 4000 chemicals.

Wash vegetables thoroughly before eating them. They may be contaminated with chemicals, soil contaminated by wild animals or pets.

Jobs that require climbing and balancing are not recommended. Do not climb benches, stairs, or grab items in attics, shelves or kitchen cabinets. You may be nimble but during pregnancy you may not be as normal and fall. Get your help or close relatives to help you clean ceiling fans, windows, mirrors, replace lights, electrical appliances that you can contact an electrician.

If you sleep on the floor, ask family members to help pick up mattresses, blankets and bed linen. Bending and picking up items will affect your back. Washing clothes, rubbing the floor all affect your back. Squatting rather than bending to do things.
